The IBC Introductory Course has been invaluable to my development as a Practice manager here at 3VB. The course has helped me build strong interpersonal skills, teaching me how to work effectively with a wide range of personalities. Most importantly, it equipped me with the tools to support clients in difficult situations with clarity and professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful for the foundation it has given me in my career.
