I completed both the Introduction to Business Management and the Advanced Business Management courses with the IBC, and they were extremely valuable to my professional development. The Introduction course provided a strong foundation in the legal and professional environment, effective communication and negotiation, and an understanding of the work of chambers and business development. The Advanced course built on this knowledge with a chambers-specific focus on strategic management, client collaboration, marketing, business planning, and leadership. Both courses were well structured, highly relevant, and delivered with a clear understanding of the profession.
